The Community Information Researcher will be a key contributor to the updating function of our Community Information Database. This position will also research the potential of a ‘chat’ or text feature to the expand scope of service in addition to outreach and event planning for National Information and Referral Day. These positions are funded by Canada Summer Jobs. As such, the applicant must be:
- between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment;
- a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and;
- is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
