Snow Angels Program in the news!
Thank you Guelph Today for sharing information about the Snow Angels program.
In partnership with The City of Guelph and the heart of volunteers throughout the city like our Volunteer of the Month – Michelle Wood, seniors and persons living with disabilities have safe and accessible entry to their driveways.
For clients of the program, they are able to safely leave their home and in-home health care services are able to access client homes to provide needed care. For families who live out of town and are unable to shovel, they are reassured that their family member has support. For our community, we know that we are helping fellow neighbours and that warms our heart.
As our community grows, the need increases. We are calling upon our community – from all areas in Guelph – to lend a hand, get involved and create a mass of Snow Angel volunteers.
