Mental Health First Aid Training

On Friday November 23 and November 30, break the barriers and stigma attached to mental health. Build a strong foundation of knowledge on how mental health is connected to so many of our daily interactions; identify key indicators and behaviours of those in crisis and step-by-step basics to transition individuals to a more stable level of care.

Whether you are professionally or personally intrigued, this two-day course will deepen an understanding, widen a comfort level and provide tools to help individuals in those crucial moments where decisions made can impact to the rest of ones life.

The workshop will take place at Immigrant Services, 104 Dawson, Unit 2, Guelph.

It is $150 for two-day workshop, which includes lunch included.
