To support a successful experience for both the volunteer and organization, volunteer screening is an important function. Through PIN’s BestMatch program, we are pleased to offer two sessions on the ’10 Steps of Volunteer Screening’
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn how selecting volunteers has changed and how you can be ready for the changing future of volunteering.
- Understand the Human Rights Code and how it can be applied to the recruitment and the volunteer screening process.
- Create risk screening requirements for volunteer roles. Discover what approach to interviews, conversations and choosing volunteers works best for your organization.
