Calling All Youth!

Get Involved. Give Feedback. Gain Community Involvement Hours.

With thanks to the City of Guelph Emergency Funding, PIN invites youth to become involved in a project by youth for youth.

What does this mean?

Through PIN curated volunteer opportunities,  and DIY ways to get involved, youth in Guelph can obtain Community Involvement Hours. Exciting right? Right!

We know it has been hard in many ways to find opportunities to gain hours. We also know you need them.

Join us. Become involved in a Youth Committee. Help develop the project. Participate in opportunities.

What does this look like?

Click here to learn about the Youth Engagement Committee Volunteer opportunity.

From here, we will be seeking a variety of volunteer roles:

  • Storytellers. Love to write? Budding journalist?
  • Graphic Designers. Passion for creating? Interested in art and have an eye for design?
  • Idea Generators. Brain full of ideas? Love a good brainstorm session?
  • Social Media Ambassadors. Do you represent school council, student groups. Like to spread the good on social?
  • Planners. Love a good event? How about supporting the planning and facilitation of a Youth Summit on Social Good?

Excited and looking to find volunteering opportunities right now? Check out this search feature for youth.

Obtaining Community Involvement (CI) Hours and volunteering are great ways to learn about your community, explore your areas of interest, make a difference and have fun!

What about a 40 for 40? 40 CI hours in 40 days. Are you up for the challenge? We think so.
